"Clopton Clinic, in September
2003, moved into a newly constructed 58,000 square foot
building. We contracted with Ritter to handle all of the
switching over of the phone systems as well as being our
carrier for local phone service. Ritter Communications also
provides Clopton Clinic with our long distance service.
I would like to say that the staff at Ritter went an extra
mile, no make that 100 extra
miles, to get our service up and running in a timely
manner. I would recommend them to anyone or any company
for phone service and/or maintenance.
When there is a need to call Ritter,
whether it is a simple question or a regular maintenance
issue, they are always right there and respond quickly to
any issue we may have. Their response time goes well beyond

"Upon receipt of our first regular
monthly invoice since our switch from Southwestern Bell
to Ritter Communications for our telephone and internet
needs, I was completely shocked. I feel that it is necessary
to call these facts to your attention.
Our initial needs were met by Ritter
when we disconnected several phone lines and discontinued
our old internet service to a single ISDN connection which
netted us monthly savings of $191.10 ($2,293.20 annually).
In December of 2003 we realized an
additional monthly savings of $547.32 ($6,567.84 annually)
by converting our clubhouse facility over to a fractional
T-1 connection which encompasses all of our existing phone
numbers and includes the high speed internet connection
for the whole clubhouse.
